The federal OMB approval associated with the previous “old” WH-347 form expires on September 30, 2026.

As a result, some awarding agencies and prime contractors are treating October 1, 2026 as the transition point for discontinuing acceptance of the older version of the WH-347 form and requiring the revised “new” January 2025 WH-347 form going forward. Requirements may vary by project and contracting agency, so contractors should confirm these requirements if they haven’t already been notified.
